of the equipment, we ask that you follow our warranty
and return policy procedures.

Free at 877.928.4800. Our sales representatives or customer service
assistants will listen to your particular problem or question and
recommend the best and most efficient resolution to resolve your
issue immediately.
If you need
to speak to our in-house technical support, we will make that connection
for you too. To best serve and solve your technical issue, we make
certain the technical staff has your specific records in-hand so
they can advise you of options with full knowledge of your detailed
configuration. In most cases we can connect you immediately to our
technical support for fast resolution. However there may be times
when a technician may have to call or e-mail you back after reviewing
your customer information. Either way, our commitment is to get
your equipment issue resolved or answer your technical question
so you are 100% satisfied.
If the technical
staff or customer service assistant authorizes you to send damaged
or defective product back to PartStock Computer, we will issue a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that
an RMA number will only be issued during the warranty period. You
will be asked to then follow the steps detailed in our warranty
and return policy.
